My passport went missing after mailing it with a renewal application from this location. Obviously, I don't know where things went wrong (this UPS store, the USPS, or the passport office), but my experience tied with other reviews of packages gone missing shipped through this location suddenly has me much more hesitant to visit this location for anything of value/importance. I just wanted to post my experience without completely blasting/blaming the company so others can be aware.

I usually have good experience with this store but they must have hired a new girl. She had lots of trouble shipping my package and ended up shipping it back to me. I don't remember seeing a screen with details. When I brought the pkg back, they want me to pay to ship again because "We have your signature on the form" is what the curt manager told me. I'll probably use them again but will double check everything next time. Update: Owner was nice enough to contact me and offer a solution as mentioned below. I am changing my rating, sorry was not aware I could do that

Veronica and Lizzie worked diligently to help me get a package boxed and shipped for an eBay sale I made. eBay significantly underestimated the cost. Veronica said they will happily give me an estimate before I post an item for sale. That’s a great solution for times when I don’t have a box the right size or the time to package and mail it. Thanks UPS!
