The vibe and energy and the willingness to help is unreal. I stoped by two days in a row to get some event stuff printed out. MJ and Brianny were sensational, they deserve more than 5 stars. I really appreciate MJ’s help today especially, above and beyond, for real! I had a complicated print job and he made sure it was done well!

I can return AMAZON items without a problem. Employees are friendly and usually greet you when entering the store. They'll also acknowledge if the wait was long.

Although a convenient location and usually fast and pleasant customer service, today's service was undesirable. I was the ONLY customer in the store. As I entered, one associate standing near the door didn't even speak, yet was carrying on a conversation with the other associate. Ok whatever. The other associate at the register commenced to laugh and continue this back and forth banter as if I wasn't even there. I waited for a moment to be recognized and realized I wouldn't be greeted during this transaction. I greeted her instead, said thank you, then left. The simplest customer service goes a long way.

No matter how slammed this store is (all the time), and even if it is the end of a long day, these employees are friendly, warm, helpful and professional.

Briyanni (spelling) is the first person, in 3 stores that did my laminating the correct way, SIMPLY by letting the machine heat up and cutting my photos afterwards. PLEASE make this a practice for everyone.
