One of the employees here (the Asian guy) did not scan one of my Amazon returns properly, and it is missing. The item was $35. He was also very rude, even though I was very polite to him. When I called the next day, there was another very rude female employee that basically said there is nothing they can do. She didn't even apologize, and she sounded like she was half asleep. I should have checked my receipt as soon as I left the store. If you have an Amazon return, go to Kohl's instead.

This is a timely review. Normally, this store gets 5 Stars from me and I use is a lot. Recently, I stopped by to drop off a USPS package and although it was near the end of the business day, and I was the only customer in the store, I was told that it was "against the rules" to accept USPS packages now because their volume of UPS packages was so great. I pointed out that they clearly had much excess capacity and was still told, "Sorry, It is against the rules".

Not shipping “large” packages because it’s a holiday… 12x12 is considered large?? What kind of service is this? Rude employees as well.. asked a question and the response was “well that’s why there’s signs all over the building” well congrats you lost a customer. I will continue with FedEx for my shipping needs.

This store is usually busy but they handle each person quickly and professionally. I was going to ship two items that had two different QR return codes together but the employee let me know that they had to be shipped separately. I appreciated this because most places will ignore it and let it go through any way. Everyone that I've interacted with at this store is always nice and courteous.

retrain your employees please. brought an item that didn't need a label or a box, all i had to do was have the item in its packaging box (note that is not the shipping box) show the QR code & that y'all will label, PACKAGE and ship it for me but the girl said i needed a box to put the label on. pretty sure that's what youre supposed to do for me?? i have done this countless times, this was the first time i had an issue🙃
