I usually don’t write reviews , but I had to share my experience this time. Great team that made my shipping process very easy… There isn’t anywhere else I would go for my shipping needs. The staff was very nice and quick with the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone .

I knocked on the door at 2:59 which I realized is at the last minute, but still, this is a business and it says it closes at three. None of the kids that work their own the business so I can see why they don’t care about making money, but that is just poor customer service. I called ahead and said I was trying really hard to make it and I made it. They just stood there and stared at me with the door locked. I am really disappointed in this business. Previously, it was owned by someone in the service and that’s why I’ve been a customer for all these years. Owners must’ve changed because someone who was trained in the service would not have behaved this way.

I had never really shipped anything out before and wasn’t sure if I was doing it the right way, but a gentleman named Hermon helped me. He was really patient and took his time explaining everything and made the process a lot less stressful.

The lady that worked at this store on November 29, 2025 does NOT know how to do her job and is very lazy. The guy who works there normally with the long hair is nice. But the lady needs to go work at fedex. This is not how ups does buisness
