UPS store associate was helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions and even put extra tape on the package that I was shipping. So much better than waiting in the long lines at the post office!

0/0 stars Female representative and Randy were rude and were exercising retaliatory behavior based on a previous negative experience I had with them. They both raised there voices unnecessarily. The manager told me to leave the store. I asked him, "What did I do?" He said I dont know because I wasn't here. You have to do better Randy. These store representatives do not know how to treat customers!

This Store has gone down fast in the last few months. Staff used to be friendly and helpful. Now they stand their texting on their phones, and barely say hello to you when you come in. Extremely rude, and not helpful. Such a disappointment.

I turned into the parking lot and this man was maneuvering his car, so I did a full stop to find out what direction he was planning to go. After he finished backing up then I proceeded to park. I entered the store to conduct business, this man enters the store and directly accuses me of flying. Surprised, I ask him what he was talking about and my answer was you are wrong I was not speeding. He insisted and there was a heated argument. This man asks me to leave the store while I was conducting business with another employee and menaces to call the police. I simply leave and decide to call corporate to complain. This behavior was wrong from this employee who also claimed he was the manager when I asked him. He did this because he believe to be in a position of power because I could be accused of trespassing. This is wrong and UPS should do something about it.

The lady scanned my code, then sat texting and scrolling her phone on the counter next to keyboard whilst I stood there holding the tag of the clothing item waiting for her to scan it also. Seemed really bothered to be helping someone.
