Quick and friendly service. Amazon returns are so easy with the kiosk. When shipping to my children they have the addresses and my account to make it that more efficient. Prices are reasonable for larger packages, not the smaller ones.

Knowledge, skill and heart. Staff are the kindest, most helpful and most patient people on the planet. Thankful to have this UPS store close to home. Makes for easy Amazon returns with the self-serve kiosk: just swipe the return code and be on your way.

This is my go to place to make Amazon returns. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is also a kiosk where you can do it yourself. I haven't had a need for their other services but of so did I would definitely give them a try

This UPS store is amazing they have been here for a long time and know what customer service is. The owner is there all the time and the other team members are helpful and welcoming.

The employees at this UPS Store are stellar. They are friendly, helpful, and give excellent service. I found this particular UPS Store by accident, after spending my first 4 years in the Columbus, Ohio area getting indifferent to awful service at other UPS Stores. I will recommend this UPS Store to all my friends and neighbors on the southwest side of Columbus.
