I went into UPS today to return a photo booth and spectrum equipment. There was only one individual working, KJ, who effectively and timely managed and processed everyone's request with superb efficiency. In a line of 4-5 people I was in and out. He even paid attention to items that people were holding in the line and informed them before they waited that they didn't take the packages their and cordially redirected them to two UPS stores that did. I was highly impressed with his customer serviced and efficiency.

Awful customer service. Don't be fooled by seeing one person being helped. You will sit there forever waiting. To top that off, my package was delivered to the wrong address entered by the staff. When I approached the manager on this, he stated that I can request another person from the back to handle things because they never let this employee work alone. So she is incompetent and they know it, but they charged me again anyway to ship despite her mistake. Manager even stated "I'll get you on the next one". Sure thing....

Honestly, the staff here always seem to be in a bad mood and come across as rude. It’s not a one-time thing. it’s pretty consistent, which makes the experience unpleasant. The only reason I still come to this location is because it’s very close to my house, about a 2-minute drive. Otherwise, I would definitely choose to go somewhere else. Customer service really needs improvement.

Fast and easy. They are always smiling and will remember you. The place is clean and they always have both cash registers open to serve you faster . They will give suggestions on how to save money also.

Staff is friendly and provides quick service. I have used this UPS location for years and through several different owners. Parking can be a challenge at times when the shopping center is busy.
