THE WORST WAY TO SEND ANYTHING! I don't know why Amazon chose them when they deliver but they have delivered 3 of my packages to the wrong address they lied and said they would deliver my delayed package on a Saturday when they know they don't do that. I would never intentionally send a package through nops! I HATE IT HERE!

I spent an hour on the phone trying to connect with a human to tell them to drop off my package at the door of my apartment since I have work during week days (they refused to drop off my package if I wasn't waiting at home for them to sign, so I missed my package 2 times in a row), and when I finally got to a human, they told me to call Amazon and tell Amazon I'd like them to drop off my package without a signature. I did this, and Amazon told me they contacted UPS, who refused to drop off the package without the signature. Amazon contacted the seller, and the seller, who also contacted UPS, said the same thing. Finally, I decided I would Uber home in the middle of work so that I could fulfill their insatiable lust for a signature. I enabled alerts on my phone through the UPS website so I could be ready in advance, and, shockingly, I never received a message after doing so. So I missed my package a 3rd time in a row, and now it's getting sent back to the seller. I honestly don't understand how people with jobs who aren't home all day receive packages from UPS.

they have a different crew now it's not the same. Instead of them being up front to help customers. their in the back talking their language. GET RID OF THEM

I called to make sure it’s the right place and it said if you’re calling for UPS you have the wrong number.

Don't bother shipping with UPS. Constantly leave packages behind and doesn't get them to the person on time or try to make it right ⁰
