Best UPS Store I have ever visited .very professional service. An Asian guy, I think his name was Ranzi, was extremely polite and professionally explained everything about packing and shipping. This guy deserves a raise Thanks for hiring such a dedicated employee. I will definitely come back again.

I love the UPS store, especially the one in Moore Oklahoma on Riverwalk Drive. They are so kind efficient, professional. They make me feel like I’m special they make me feel like they are very happy to get my business. When I have to go to take back Amazon or do any of my shipping things I always go to UPS because it makes life easier.

The place is clean, the line is almost non existent as the personnel is on top of things and very proficient. Huge shout out to "Roman" who embodies with no doubt the spirit of professionalism, multitasking and efficiency. Thank you "Roman" for the help today, you are definitely awesome !

Rudest boy employee I ever dealt with. I will never utilize this location again, and I will file with UPS regarding the rudeness of this employee. Just because a girl calls in requesting tracking because the tracking number provided by this location states invalid on the ups.com website and via UPS customer phone tracking, don’t treat her as dumb. I did speak with UPS and they said sometimes the website and their system mistakenly makes a tracking number invalid but they are able to track it. But this boy told me I typed it in wrong and to stop googling. I told him it was correct and I didn’t google. He didn’t care, he kept berating me.

The last 2 times I have come to this store, the staff is extremely rude and very unhelpful! I also think they either coded one of my packages wrong or lost it. At my most recent visit, I just took my package and left and went to the Yukon UPS store. The Yukon Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful! I will not be back to the Moore location and have made sure to tell everyone else about my experience there!!
