I go With my QR code and unboxed items in hand, the staff quickly scanned and processed everything in under two minutes. It's fantastic to have a reliable spot that makes returns hassle-free. I always receive my digital receipt immediately, and the refund is usually in my account same day. If you are tired of long lines, I highly recommend giving this location a try!

The staff at the UPS Store on Boulevard near 33rd have been consistently wonderful, friendly, and efficient for the last 5 years I have come here, and I have come here often. I drive past other similar businesses quite outside my normal route because I always feel welcome at this store. I can't say enough good things about this store and the employees that work there.

I drive across town to get printing and packaging completed at this location because they are super helpful and kind. Over the past 7+ years they have handled large printing orders on short notice, helped me understand confusing return instructions and always do it with a smile. Chris is always my favorite person to work with but he entire staff is top notch. Highly recommend this location.

Awesome service! I walked in with several returns, and the gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful. Some required boxes while others didn’t, and he took the time to find the most cost-effective solution. He truly went above and beyond!
