I called this UPS store because the 15/Lewis Office Depot lost my printing order, and this location was on my way to work. Deborah answered and said that she could print what I needed while I waited, something that the Office Depot person could not do. I arrived, and Deborah and I got to work. It did not take long before I had my order. Friendly, dependable service--it's what I needed today, and Deborah's store delivered! I will be back.

Owner is hateful. I was told not to go. But I didn't listen. First time store was supposed to open at 11 and was closed when I arrived around 1145. 2nd time I came with specific instructions from AT&T and she had her own way to do transaction. Her way failed. I told l her I had a bar code to scan and she said my instructions were 8 years old and she didn't need to scan my barcode. She did you either have the wrong equipment or set it up wrong. I looked at the serial number on the equipment and the serial number in the email (with the barcode she refused to scan) and they matched. Account number and everything yet she refused. I left with my equipment and will take somewhere else. Definitely will not be back. 0/10 DO NOT RECCOMMEND.

The worst customer service experience I’ve had at this location. This employee displayed a very poor attitude, was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed little to no concern for customers. If someone does not want to do their job or treat customers with basic respect, they should not be representing the company. What’s even more disappointing is that corporate appears to be ignoring these ongoing issues. After reading multiple negative reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident, yet nothing seems to change. Customers deserve better treatment, better professionalism, and a company that actually listens when concerns are raised. This happen few weeks ago from today

I inquired about business mailboxes at the UPS Store in The Shoppes on Peoria today. After sharing the pricing, the older Black woman helping me added, “They’re business boxes,” in a tone that implied I couldn’t possibly be a business owner. Later, I stopped by the Harvard location and received nothing but respect, clarity, and genuine customer service from the gentleman working there. Same question, two completely different experiences. I pay attention to energy. It tells you everything. I will be using the UPS on Harvard to handle my business affairs this lady didn't think I had. You never know who you're talking to and what may come of an interaction.

Absolute worst experience of my entire life of almost a 10 years that I have been using UPS with Deborah and looking at the reviews now I understand why you guys have a 2.8 review and I see multiple people on here that have complained about her! And for you guys to continue to allow her to treat customers like this is extremely irresponsible egregious and disrespectful on your end I will be contacting the customer service line and filing a complaint for this store with UPS headquarters! She's completely disrespectful rude unhelpful arrogant and argumentative to say the least! Whoever is the main manage or owner of this location I don't understand how after all of these reviews you still allow her to treat people like this! She literally grabbed my receipts and told me no! I'm not going to process your return today unless you follow my policy on what Im telling you is required to facilitate the return because I asked her why..bc I have never been subjected to all these rules that you're telling me. I showed her in my app that Amazon Litterally says that I can return it without no box No Label she said I don't care what Amazon is telling you this is what I'm telling you need to get n possibly have to pay for their bags and I had to bag it on my own to her liking or she would not complete my return... she did everything in her power to try to aggravate me be difficult and pick a fight with me through out the entire experience! And when I told her that every other UPS Store allows us to email documentation to them and have it printed out she absolutely refused! I have printed stuff off with UPS billion times and never had a problem. I explained to her several times that I do not feel comfortable logging into a shared network shared computer with my personal/work email address.. I work in compliance for a financial firm and I have had my identity stolen before and I'm not willing to take that risk and she was just absolutely positively aggravatingly difficult acting like a complete child! Luckily one of the other customers that was there said well I logged into my email you could just email it to me and I will print it out for you if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have been able to get my my services done because there was no way that I'm going to take a chance of logging into a public computer and risk my financial firms clients to potential risk not to mention my personal information. That is beyond a security risk And even if she said was true because I just moved to Tulsa from New Jersey and maybe you guys may things different here there is no excuse for her to be so difficult and disrespectful! Again whether you are a private owner of franchise I am definitely going to be contacting the main headquarters for ups and not only complaining about her but complaining about whoever still allowed her to be in her position after treating customer after customer after customer like complete crap! She definitely did this to the wrong person I am going to do everything in my power to personally make sure that the corporate office is aware of this and that even though there are several complaints about her nothing has been done by management to reprimand or retrain her! And honestly even though I was aggravated I wasn't going to put a negative review because you never know I don't want jeopardize somebody's job and that's their bread and butter but the more and more she became extremely difficult and rude with me it push me to the edge! I don't understand what her value is for management totally ignore and not care one bit about their customers experience that you would still keep her and allow her to treat your customers like this!
