Would not assist with Amazon returns. If I wanted to deal with self-shipping, I would've picked a different return shipping option from my house.

This review is for the shipping manager, Sam. Over the course of two days, he was able to help me figure out where my lost package was and gave me advice on how to move forward. He was able to do this while also helping other customers in person, which was extremely impressive. Thank you Sam!!

I don’t typically leave negative reviews but I’ve been in here multiple times and everyone that works here is so rude and unhelpful. Specifically, the gentleman that is always working. I would recommend going to another UPS store.

I use other ups stores and pay around the same amount at all. The worker at this particular one tried charging me almost twice what I normally pay. It's going to the same location I always send to in the same manner. This is just not possible. I told him I wanted the most inexpensive option. Not sure if he was disengaged or something else. Very displeased.
