Perfect experience. Needed sellers documents notarized for selling our house out of state. Made a same day appointment online and paid $5 per notary stamp. Professional, organized and could not have been easier. Karla is amazing! So grateful for her eagerness to help.

The manager Alyssa DOES NOT NEED TO BE A MANAGER. BEYOND RUDE!!!! Asked for my ID when I have shipped numerous times cause they couldn’t pull me up in the system I didn’t have it on me and explained I could provide whatever information she needed but still was unable to help after I pointed out to her multiple times that I HAVE NEVER BEEN ASKED FOR AND ID the other times I have shipped from there. I asked for her to contact someone and she refused and wanted to argue instead I hope there is cameras and audio for the owner to review because that is completely unacceptable behavior. No customer service at all. The other employees are super nice and helpful but Alyssa IS NOT. If you look at the reviews the bad ones are HER! Owner do something! Also she referred me to USPS not a good look for UPS. ***Update*** Was able to ship with zero issues and prompt fast customer service with a smile at the 101st Mingo location. I asked if they was affiliated with this location and they quickly replied NO. lol that should tell you something. **** I’m gonna go out on limb here and guess this is Alyssa that replies to these reviews. Also you should acknowledge that she didn’t even know where or what the policy was and I did point out to her once another employee had to give it to her because her response to me was “look it up online” what kind of business does that. When I asked to speak to someone above her she got even more aggressive and further more if you want to be cocky and say thank you for confirming that they check IDs maybe you should make sure that it doesn’t come across as optional by asking for a phone number and the fact that you are bring up she is pregnant is ridiculous because I at least out of respect didn’t mention that she is more than likely hormonal and just being rude cause she’s pregnant but let’s excuse the behavior of the employee and not to mention that the way the others just had their heads down while she was acting unprofessional is not okay that tells me there is other issues going on there. Don’t worry I WONT BE BACK TO YOUR LOCATION and will refer everyone to other locations other than yours. I’m sure when I told her I was leaving a review since I asked to speak with the owner and was told no that leaving a review would get the owners attention. Looking at the other reviews of people who actually leave a review they get attacked for the review.

I had a bunch of packages to ship out the day before Thanksgiving and when my husband and I brought the bags in the young lady that was up there Emily is her name was very rude to me and my husband I’m assuming she didn’t want to enter all those packages in but I feel that’s her job any way I went in on Black Firiday had a bunch of packages we got Brandy that time and she was absolutely Amazing great customer service Emily needs to learn from Brandy.

The people that work there are nice, considerate, friendly and knowledgeable about thier jobs and make the task i have feel effortless in thier care.

Your store is very efficient in getting people through quickly and even though you are busy, all staff members are pleasant and kind while providing us service. I use your store pretty frequently and one time I had you actually package up my items and they arrived to their destination in great condition, thank you. I am so happy with your service that I do not use any other facility when I need to mail things per UPS. Thank you for all that your staff do, and do it with a smile.
