I had an Amazon return that my daughter sent me the label to do it for her. The person who I spoke to told me I had to print the label and stick to the box. I was confused and asked him if I had to print the label at home and come back and his answer was yes. I left and called my daughter and she let me know they would've been able to print there as they are also a printing service. All I had to do is probably pay $0.50, which would've been fine by me. How come the person couldn't even be bothered to let me know? How hard is that? Just a little customer service and little goodwill and I wouldn't have to drive back home with the package. The person for sure needs to be retrained in order to provide a better customer experience.

Absolutely the best customer service I’ve had in years. I was coordinating shipping my luggage from Tulsa to California from a distance, so my friends simply walked in and dropped off the bags. I emailed the shipping label, and Nate and Tony took it from there — and they went way above and beyond. They were kind, patient, and so professional, and they even boxed everything up for me, making the whole process effortless and stress-free. They handled my belongings with real care and made me feel taken care of even though I wasn’t physically there. If you want a UPS Store that truly stands out for service, this is it. Huge thanks to Nate and Tony!

Have used this store for several years. Went in 6/3/26 @ 11:30 with two items that would require packaging. The gut at the counter informed me he could not build a package and that I needed to go to the box store. This location has ALWAYS constructed boxes when needed. Totally disgusted with the employee

This store manager, Tony, goes above and beyond in helping his store customers. He is always very helpful with our mail and also shipping concerns. He trains his staff well and all are polite, helpful, and exhibit professionalism.

I am pretty certain they take at least normal postage for USPS. I had to ask a couple people to get the correct answer but definitely go to target or Walmart for your bubble mailers because they are triple the price here Definitely a convenience fee. USPS PARCELS not allowed. 🚫
