Such a wonderful location with an equally wonderful team…especially Phoenix. He went above and beyond to help resolve a shipping issue I’d gotten myself into, doing so with genuine care, warmth, and a real willingness to help. Truly appreciated.

Super helpful and professional. The one cross the street in the Omni hotel can ship metered (USPS) mail; this one doesn’t. This one had a notary when I needed one; the one in the Omni hotel didn’t have someone there the day I needed the service. It’s on the 2nd level; if you come in from across the Omni on Rep John Lewis Way/5th, go to the second level and walk to the right. If you come in on Demonbreun, it’s at the top of the plentiful low-grade stairs.

Tobias Burdette stayed open past his Nashville Music Center’s office’s 5:00 closing to get my package prepped and ready for shipment to Milwaukee. He was professional and exceptionally courteous in what was - for me - a stressful situation (I didn’t realize the Omni Hotel’s UPS Center was closed). I was very thankful for his kindness!
