Hana was our notary and customer service rep at the Lebanon Pike/Elm Hill Pike location near Publix. He was the only employee there and exceeded capabilities by attending to all customers w/o ignoring anyone. He took care of the responsibility with the postal driver, did notaries, accepted packages, greeted everyone with respect. He was extremely professional and when he spoke, he spoke words of wisdom and not some typical jargon. He should be a manager or have his own site, but then again the customers would miss him dearly and so just give him a promotion. Amen. Thanks Hana!!! Rare to see people handle business like you did today with the high traffic.

Always first class 🌟experience here at this location. Today I had to send an important document and there was a discrepancy in the address I was sending to. Pam came to the rescue and went way above and beyond to call to double check the address for me. Without Pam’s extra attention and care, the letter would have gone out incorrectly. ✨THANK YOU PAM✨

Even though it was a little busy, staff was super accommodating. Destiny made sure we were promptly helped and even went as far as to customer service multiple guests. Never made us feel like we weren’t being serviced. Thank you Destiny!

Pam might be the greatest ups employee of all time and you know what she might be the greatest PERSON of all time. She helped me mail my package with such grace I nearly forgot I was human and transcended to an angelic heaven of sorts. Hahaha great time at ups today

Had a great experience at The UPS Store! The staff was incredibly helpful and made the whole process quick and stress-free while helping us with our bill of sale. Alyssa was especially amazing—super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She made everything so easy for us. Highly recommend this location if you need notary services or anything else!
