The process was seamless, professional, and couldn't have been easier. A huge thank you to Jessica, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Her outstanding customer service is the main reason for this review. She handled everything with expertise, making what can be a hassle feel effortless. From start to finish, it was a wonderful shipping and packing experience. I am so impressed that I will definitely use this specific UPS Store for all my future shipping, packing, and return needs. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Highly recommended for packaging, returns, and friendly service!

I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store in Antioch. I especially want to recognize Lynn for her outstanding customer service. When she noticed I was struggling with my package, she immediately stepped in to help without hesitation. Lynn was patient, professional, and genuinely kind. She made what could have been a stressful situation quick and easy to resolve. It's refreshing to encounter someone who takes the initiative to assist customers and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Thank you, Lynn, for your help and positive attitude. You are a tremendous asset to The UPS Store, and because of employees like you, I will gladly continue doing business here. Highly recommended!

This UPS is awesome!! Great location! The people that work there are very fast and efficient. Jessica is one of my favorites, she's always so nice, even when people are lined up out the door! But all of the associates I've dealt with are always nice. Again very convenient location!!

Jessica welcomed me inside the store and inquired about my day. She assisted me in a timely manner and within moments I was on my way out as she wished me a pleasant rest of my day. Simple and fast, warm welcoming with a speedy service.

Jessica was really helpful and pleasant to work with. She was very informative and efficient, all while answering the questions I had about shipping fragile items! I don’t normally leave reviews, but Jessica deserves to be acknowledged for her superior customer service!
