The associate Carole was really rude and stuck up. I told her to have a good day and she ignored me. She made me feel like I was annoying her because I came in 20 mins from closing. I've never felt more unwelcomed at a business in my life. Will never visit location again.

The owner of the store David was incredibly helpful and efficient. Helped us out with a complicated shipping order after our wedding. Made it easy and got the job done quickly!

The staff at this UPS Store is very helpful and knowledgeable about the wide range of services they offer. Sean, the graphic designer is very creative able to provide excellent solutions for seemingly impossible requests.

The customer service at this location is deserving of more than 5 stars, for sure! I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and every printing project, shipment, or graphic design has been beautiful even on a tight schedule. David and the rest of the staff go the extra mile to ensure we have had the order fulfilled with high quality results. 100% recommended!
