I’ve been using this UPS Store for my mailbox service for over 3 years, and I couldn't be happier. The convenience of being able to receive packages from ALL carriers (not just UPS) is a massive plus. The team (Paul, Lucky, RJ, Michelle and Tony) are all incredibly friendly and efficient. Whenever I walk in, they always recognize me, know my box number and grab my packages quickly. A++ customer service!

I love this store! Amazing service. The staff printed many things for me—yard signs, posters, and more. They have a big printer machine 🖨️ and the prices are very reasonable. I really, really recommend this place if you need yard signs, big birthday posters, or business cards.

I shipped the from Nashville to Orlando very valuable and fragile ceramic and glass items from Morocco using UPS. I paid a total of $453 for shipping, expecting professional handling—especially since the box was clearly labeled as fragile. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, most of the items were completely broken. These were not just regular items—they were expensive, handmade, and carefully selected pieces. I submitted a damage claim to UPS with all necessary documents, photos, and receipts. It’s been over two weeks now, and I’ve only received delayed, vague responses with no resolution. It is unacceptable that such a large international company refuses to take responsibility for damage that clearly occurred during their handling. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I demand a proper resolution and full compensation for the damages. I strongly urge others to think twice before using UPS for valuable or fragile shipments.

I have been a UPS box owner for 8 years. The staff there are always friendly, with superior customer service. A few times they have delivered boxes to my house in bad, icy weather. The team is really helpful around the holidays when I need to ship gifts out to family members in other states.

The staff RJ TONI PAUL & LUCKY is always friendly, and the service is incredibly fast and efficient. Recently, I needed to ship a very fragile, large, and unusually shaped item. I was nervous about it arriving safely, but the staff member, [Employee Name], expertly packed it with the utmost care. They took the time to explain the process and made sure it was properly cushioned and secured. My item arrived in perfect condition, which was a huge relief. Their prices are fair, and they always help me find the most cost-effective shipping method for my needs. The convenience and peace of mind they offer are truly invaluable.
