I have been using this store for over 4 years and have never had any issues. I usually see Alyssa and she has always been professional and helped me sort out any issues I’ve had with returns. She very helpful and has a great attitude. Thanks for doing a great job!!

Alyssa provided excellent customer service after I had to come back in to have something notarized because she was busy in a meeting. Mya is always helpful with shipping needs.

DO NOT USE THIS UPS Site if you want ANY service at all!! Had an appointment today for a Notary/Witness for my elderly father. We arrived at the time I had CONFIRMED the day before. The person seated just said to me that the Notary did NOT show up today. Didn’t bother to call me and let me know, no real apology, and I had to find another resource on the fly and have my elderly father go elsewhere. I would give them a 0 if I could. So inconvenient and unprofessional!!!

This location is wonderful! This is the only UPS store I use! Alyssa is the best!! She is the friendliest, most customer service oriented associate that I have ever seen, across the board, at any company! Always engages in conversation, is efficient and helpful, and always with a kind disposition and smile on her face!

Alyssa is by far the worst UPS employees I have ever come across. She refused to mail my packages because she said it was in a liquor box. Did not offer me any other solutions as to mailing the packages. No let me help you with another box or here are some solutions. Just total lack of effort. Not a great ambassador for the brand
