Hello! I live in Utah. I bid on a Goodwill item in Nashville. I really wanted this amazing looking artifact. Goodwill provided me with Stephen's contact info. He is the Manager of this UPS location. What an amazing experience. Stephen took such care, time, patience & made my dream come true! I am now waiting for my item to be delivered but in the interim look at the item & Stephen's expert shipping skills! I truly hope to work with Stephen again. He is a rarity in this business & I wish him the best in life!

This is the Best UPS store in Nashville. I have been in several stores here, but I keep returning to this one because of the amazing customer service I receive every time. Lizabeth and Jeyda helped me today with a warm and friendly welcome, and when I was struggling with my package they jumped right in and helped me get it done right. They were quick, efficient, professional and very helpful.

Great people working here. They are quick and efficient. They have that Amazon self-service desk, but they'll still help you with your returns if you don't want to do it yourself. They even helped box my items when I forgot to and printed my label for free.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Steve. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a level of care that is incredibly rare these days. What stands out even more is the culture he has created within his team. His staff reflects his leadership—friendly, efficient, and consistently professional. His service to our country is something I deeply admire, and it shows in the way he carries himself and leads others. Even though I now live about 15 miles away, I still make the drive just to go to this location—and that is entirely because of Steve. We often refer customers the UPS Store West End for third-party shipping. Our customers have been very pleased by their services such as packing and shipping. Steve and his staff are always courteous, helpful and professional. We'll continue to send customers to them. Highly recommended and appreciated
