I had an exceptional experience at UPS Store 6943 thanks to Reginald. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Reginald took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure my shipment was handled correctly, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. His customer service skills are outstanding, and his positive attitude made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Employees like Reginald truly make a difference and are a great asset to UPS. Highly recommend this location because of him!

I cannot say enough great things about the UPS Store #6943 in East Nashville! The customer service is truly bar none. Every time I walk into the store, I’m greeted warmly—everyone speaks, and it feels welcoming from the moment you enter. On my last visit, I forgot my eye glasses andI was struggling a bit to see, and Tonya immediately stopped what she was doing to ask if I needed help. That level of attentiveness and care really stood out to me. The store is always clean, organized, and professional. What impressed me even more is Reginald the store manager—not only is he kind and respectful to customers, but he also treats his employees with the utmost respect. That kind of leadership shows and makes a difference. I give this store my “leave no stone unturned” award—they truly go above and beyond in every way. Very clean and well set up location that can handle most shipping and printing needs. Store has an easy self serve Amazon returns station that makes it so nice to drop off returns with no interaction needed. They also have Amazon lockers and regular mail boxes. The counter can handle most shipping needs and the staff is usually pretty friendly and helpful. Be sure to investigate all shipping options though as I've found the staff tries to keep things simple and guess what you may want when in fact multiple options exist. They have copiers and printers as well if you are creating banners or doing large print jobs. Parking at this location can be a little difficult as it's weged between two popular bars and a top tier food truck. Still nice to drop off a package and then grab a tiki drink or a sandwich from Brave Idiot.

3:4pm on a Sunday. 13 people a head of me and still piling in. I left. You'd think in 2026 years we'd have a better system set up.

A man named Jeff just helped me and he was by far the kindest UPS person I have ever interacted with. Was so pleasant and friendly and 1000% deserves a raise because it’s people like him that would actively make me choose UPS over FedEx or another shipping company!
