Today, I needed multiple services (printing, notary, and shipment) and the entire staff handled my case with patience and ease. I have previously routinely dropped off Amazon returns, and there too, this location has been efficient, pleasant, and convenient. So pleased to have a good UPS nearby!

I've been going here for several years to drop of packages for work and every employee i have dealt with has been so wonderfully helpful and friendly. Today i had a particular issue where i'd dropped off a package earlier in the day but had put the WRONG THING in the package. I came back to the store with my receipt and they helped me find my package and put the correct item in the box for shipping. What could have been a very stressful situation was not one due to the people that work here. Please never change!

First, I wanna say that the staff was polite and helpful BUT If you have smaller packages, I would take them somewhere else like USPS, UPS is very much built for larger orders. I just went into ship something that was a half of a pound that I wrapped myself and it was still $30 for standard shipping. I don’t ship many things, but that seems outrageous.

Alice always goes the extra mile for me; I write to prisoners, but because I am 80, with arthritis, I must print the letters out. Many are 15-20 pages printed. She never once seemed bothered in the three years I’ve been going once or twice a week.

Starr was very professional, friendly and proficient. I had a ton of things to return and she was so patient and kept a smile the entire time ! I would recommend this store because of her
