My stuff always seems to get hung up here. Stuff that is lined up to arrive a day early, and is updated that its going to do so, always ends up stuck here for a day, and then it arrives on the initial date. Which is fine I guess. But it definitely feels like im not alone in feeling like this location needs to be checked in on by corporate. The proficiency, and efficiency of this location is clearly lacking compared to other warehouses. Do better.

It’s been 4 days since my package arrived to Nashville, listed as “out for delivery” and then delayed, now no updates. They stole my very large package, idk how they can get away with this.

Customer center is no longer available. There is no reason why anyone would go to this hub unless you work there.
