I gave the clerk some copy for faxing and I waited a long time it was done when I handed her the copy in like 3 minutes I waited around 30 minutes I had to tell them if it was done they did not notify me or bothered to ask me that it was completed they are not even doing there job at ups store the 3 employees all this time were goofing around

Customer service is great and they really help you so quickly.. I'm always in and out within like 10 minutes...

Today’s visit was pleasant thanks to Stephanie. There was a line of customer but she remained professional and friendly, greeting all guests as they entered the store, and reassuring us that staff will be with us shortly. Thanks for the great service, Stephanie!

The most rude woman in the world work there. I hate having to go in there..She will ruin your day... If she doesn't like her job, she needs to leave it and give it to somebody that would respect it and enjoy it.. she never has a smile her customer service skills are horrible.She needs a new job and stop dampering everybody's day. The facility is in need of good work moral

Called to have something notarized and the worker wouldn’t see us at 5:20 saying need to be there before 5:20 tomorrow. Left work early today to get there before 5:20pm and the staff says the notary LEFT EARLY (before 5)!!!
