It was very nice and clean. I received good customer service it was fast and she explained everything well. Got my live scan done for 25$ just walked in.

"USPS ground advantage with FAR better rates? YES!" Never assume this particular UPS store will give you an accurate rate when it comes to packages that you bring in. 1 week ago i brought it a large boxed package that was being sent to Las Vegas. They gave me a quote of $120 for their least expensive rate...which i thought was high so i left and took it to USPS down the street and the cost was $68. Then this past thursday it happened again. I brought in another smaller package being sent to NY and this UPS store quoted me $68..which i thought was high..once again i thought it was high so i took it to the same USPS and the cost was $42. UPS is supposed to have MUCH better rates when it comes to standard boxed packages!!....It takes ALOT for me to write a negative review...i just dont do it unless i feel its REALLY warranted....and in this case i do feel it is......I love UPS! This review only applies to this particular location on Mall View Road..

I come into UPS nearly every workday for work, and I can count on my hand how many times I've ever had a problem. Incredibly reliable and the staff at my local location are a joy to talk to. Very satisfied over 2 years of use

The employees in the 3501 Mall View Rd location are absolutely amazing! They know us by face, we go in to get our mail and they have us already pulled up on the computer. They are incredible knowledgeable about Ups options. Hands down best UPS location in the area

I never have to wait and all of the employees are super kind, helpful and professional. This is one of my favorite ups stores in town! Thank you guys!!
