I would give negative stars if I could. I made a notary appointment online. I received a confirmation via email. I drove an hour to my appointment because I live in a rural area. When I got there I was told that they only take walk-ins and that he did not have anybody available. I showed him my confirmation and he said that they don’t control the website and they only take walk-ins. I understand not having control over a website, But I was disappointed that there was no additional willingness to help me find a notary at another UPS location. I asked if he could let somebody know that this was an issue and a disconnect so that other people would not make appointments that are not real. That request was denied, and the person just seemed really annoyed to be dealing with me. At one point he said “If you would have called me I could have told you”. How would I know that I needed to check for fake appointments?! I felt an extreme lack of empathy, and I absolutely will not go back to this location. The customer service was so poor. Not only should UPS fix their website, but hopefully in the future the employees at this location can take a little bit of pride in the services that they’re offering and make sure that there’s consistency or at least a willingness to direct people in a way that’s going to work instead of wasting peoples time.

Our fav. Ups store! Friendly c.s, place always smells divine! & is empty & spotless! In a perfect quiet lil plaza! No beggars making one feel uncomfortable. & they have you in & out within sec. Just have your business ready to scan& & go! T.Y to their store team!!

Highly recommend. Fast and friendly service. Great for P.O. box rental, passport photos and shipping supplies. Overall, excellent experience.

I ordered a modem from T-Mobile I was told it would be delivered to me in 2-3 days I then was told by customer service that the UPS driver decided to not deliver it to my address and instead have myself pick it up here? What's the point of having employees that don't want to do their jobs I'm so disappointed like why do I have to pick it here when I was told I would be delivered to me?
