I’m giving this UPS Store 4 stars because overall most of the employees are wonderful and provide great customer service. Rochelle is honestly like sunshine every time I come in — always smiling, welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. Jack is also very polite and professional, and even the manager has always been sweet and helpful whenever I’ve visited. Unfortunately, the reason for the missing star is because of one employee, I believe her name is Aracely. Every interaction with her feels uncomfortable because she often seems unhappy, rude, and unwelcoming. Customer service is such a big part of the experience, and her attitude really stands out compared to the rest of the amazing staff. If it weren’t for that, this location would easily deserve 5 stars because the rest of the team is great.

Most of the UPS stores are really great. They only charge a couple dollars for a label. I’ve been coming here . That’s what they charge me but the worker charge almost 6 dollars I did not wanna say anything my mom‘s in the hospital also, if you want a piece of tape, there’s a charge for that too every UPS store in Bakersfield don’t do that , but she’s the only one that did this to me. The other workers don’t do that. To me I always had a good experience here, but never seen her before before you could speak to her Hopefully, we could have a good experience again 💪❤️

From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, we experienced exceptional service. We were greeted enthusiastically and helped fairly quickly. Rochelle went above and beyond, you can tell she loves her job. She was extremely helpful and patient as well since we were having cellphone service difficulties. She had such an amazing attitude and she made the experience very enjoyable with her humor. We don’t live near this location, but she made me want to return indefinitely for any future UPS needs. If you see this, thank you Rochelle, you are amazing! And she deserves a raise!!!!!

I can't say enough about Araceli at Store 1450 on White Lane Bakersfield california. She is so efficient, knowledgeable and knows her job. She is a excellent employee

Waited for over half an hour today after ups was supposed to be open and nobody showed up, door was locked, security gate was down and lights were off!! Whatever the reason, this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
