This is one of the best UPS Stores I’ve been to. The staff and manager provide excellent customer service. They have helped me countless times with shipping, Amazon returns, and notary services. I was there recently during the holiday rush and they were super accommodating with my large number of oversized packages. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Service for Years! I've been renting a mailbox at this UPS Store for several years now, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the very beginning, the team has been professional, reliable, and genuinely caring. Sarah stands out in particular, she has remembered my name since day one and always greets me warmly. That personal touch makes such a big difference! Whether I'm picking up packages, shipping items, or just stopping by, the service is consistently outstanding. They go above and beyond every single time. If you're looking for a mailbox or need any shipping/printing services, this is the place to go. Highly recommend—5 stars all the way!

I came to this store in a panic not knowing what to do with a document I needed printed and they took great care of me!! The manager Sarah was absolutely amazing she was so patient and calm and even helped me calm my nerves down some and reassured everything would be ok. The other employees were all so well trained and well mannered and the whole environment of the store had a great comforting vibe to it. I'm forever grateful for Sarah and her team for helping me get these obituaries printed out in time. Thank you all so so much you have a customer for life!!

I recently left this UPS store at the corner of Ella & 34th. Toby was professional and very courteous. He carefully addressed our packaging + shipping needs. I had to leave box in hand and he even volunteered a complimentary plastic covering for the box to avoid damage given the rain. Five stars for you Toby for taking such great care of our family. Sarah, you’ve a solid team with excellent customer service. Thanks for being our neighborhood UPS!
