I just had an outstanding service provided by Jay. While being very patient with me while I was trying yo do something I'm not used to (send an envelope with a return envelope) she was also greeting every customer that came through the door with a big smile and great energy. Many of them she knew by name. It really felt like your neighborhood shipping store.

When have you ever left a UPS Store thinking “those people are awesome”? Well, I think that every time I leave the UPS Store on Memorial. Helpful, friendly, and willing to go above & beyond every time. I didn’t know I needed a favorite UPS Store, but I’m glad I have one.

Fast and easy shipping can be found here. There is usually plenty of parking and the staff is very helpful. Thanks, Angie for getting my package shipped!

Not only are the staff well trained, pleasant and happy to help, but they are fast and efficient. Even when they are busy they manage to make sure everyone is well taken care of.

I needed to drop off a letter for box holder and I forgot my envelope I got one at the store and asked how much it was ms kiara said no worry took my letter gave to box holder she was kind professional and a pleasure thank you for the customer service and old fashion values !!!! So impressed
