Staff was great but a box costs $10 and bubble wrap costs $17. Go somewhere else to get your packing supplies. Parking was also a disaster.

Parking sucks but the staff and the service make it worth it. Always helpful. Super nice. Very fast too. Even when there is a big line they knock it out. Store is also extremely clean especially considering how busy it is.

Incompetent staff that lost my package that was worth several hundred dollars and instead of them taking up for the mistake that was made on their behalf. Nobody wanted to do that and claimed it was my fault in which I called them a few days even after I dropped my package off and they said everything was OK here I am a month and a half later almost my package was returned. I’m out $90 and they’re telling me they can give me 15% off if I want to ship it again this place needs to get it together. This is why FedEx is always a better option.

Staff refused to take package to return to Amazon even package was unopened and still in original packaging. Said it needed to be in a box which I know isn’t true because other ups stores take and package to send back. Sounds like they were trying to get me to purchase a box from them to do return.

Dora greeted me, and provided excellent customer service, she answered all my questions, and got me out in a jiffy! Definitely recommend!
