Easy to access location with a busy parking lot. There are scan to park signs. Parking after 2 hours will cost. My visit was less than five minutes thanks to friendly and fast service.

Rushed from work to send an urgent package. I got in 5 minutes before 7 pm and the store was already closed. The employees ignored me and another costumers trying to catch their attention from the window (he was waiting prior to my arrival). I would understand if they had a long queue of costumers already inside the store, but they were just hanging out.

I have had a box here for 5 years. The service is usually fast and always friendly. We use another UPS for our mail delivery for the office, but it has about a 1/10th as much traffic. The busy times at this store are Monday mornings and Friday afternoon, so I try to avoid those times. Otherwise, it is usually convenient.

I was in need to put a package on hold to be picked up. I just called and a really kind young lady was really well trained to give the best customer service to clients. Unfortunately, I didn’t ask for her name but I left really happy for the service. Thank you very much.

Don't believe their GUARANTEE delivery. I sent a passport to a friend who lost their wallet at Christmas and needed to catch a flight home. I paid $190 for guaranteed overnight delivery. Needless to say, it was not delivered - it seems it wasn't sent out until I called to ask about it the next day. But given it was guaranteed overnight delivery, I expected I would get my money back since they did not provide the service. But it has been over a month of getting the run around. No help getting in touch with corporate or anyone who can refund me.
