Went in to ship a package, horrible customer experience! When someone else would walk in, he would stop helping me and help them. Even after I told him I needed to go to work. I understand he’s the only one there. But making me wait 10 minutes for no good reason. I wasn’t wasting time, he didn’t have to wait for me to do something, he would just allow other customers to come in ask question and then continue to help them regardless of how long it took. He helped three other people before he finished my transaction. UPDATE: It has been a week since I emailed them, as they requested in their reply. I have not had any response…. This store goes out of their way to waste your time!

This location on 2429 Bissonnet St, Houston, TX is always busy and full of customers. It doesn’t really matter what time you drop by you will usually see a line. Hector is one of the amazing people that help get things done as fast as he can to get you out and on your day. He and his other team always have a smile on and are ready to help, even making some jokes to help lighten the mood. To me this is a local neighbor hood store and glad to have hard working individuals like Hector working here. Thanks UPS store for all the help you and your team have provided.

Hector was super helpful and kind, helping me figure out how to ship a few large packages. He showed care and assisted me. I am very grateful for his help and will seek out this particular store in the future for my shipping needs. Thank you, Hector!

Terrible location. ALWAYS a wait. Rarely ever more than one person at the counter so you stand in line for 15 minutes minimum. Haven’t experienced this at other locations.

OK, this review is for Hector at the store At 2429 Bissonnet in Houston, Texas Hector was extremely helpful very polite very efficient. He helped me in ways that I could not have taken care of it without it taken maybe 45 minutes to an hour. You should have more employees like this.
