UPS Access Point location

I went to this location 2 days straight. First the young lady would not take my package because it wasnt boxed up, so I showed her the QR code i had with the instructions saying packaging was no necessary, I then went home boxed it up and came back. Then she told me they cant scan QR codes at CVS drop off locations, it kinda pissed me off due to the fact I showed her the QR code the day before ...smh

0 stars. would not accept my ups package. marked it undeliverable without even attempting to deliver. called ups they said this specific location does not accept ANY ups packages. how was I supposed to know that??? its on UPS's website as an approved access point. they then charged me twice for using the access point only for this to happen. still have not received package.

Like other reviewers, I had the same issue at this UPS access point. I tried dropping off an Amazon package, which doesn’t require a printed label or a box, but the CVS employee said they could not accept my package without a label already printed and the item already packaged. Not a super big deal, but it would be more convenient to know ahead of time what kind of packages they accept.

I'm frankly not sure what value this place has to UPS since you can't return packages here or pick up packages here.

Don't bother using this location. It's very limited service. They can only accept a few packages per day. Drove all the way over here only to be told they couldn't accept my package. The rack that was holding the packages was almost completely empty so I don't understand why they say their space is limited. ONE rack for packages, almost completely empty. Just a big waste of time.
