I don’t trust this UPS Store, as I believe an employee there stole my package. It sat in their store 6 days before UPS picked it up for shipment. It was addressed to go to Florida but UPS shipped it to New Jersey. How could this happen? The employee changed the address on my label after removing the merchandise. It took her some time to do this that’s why she didn’t let UPS pick it up for almost a week. I will never trust this store again.

The staff was nice and understood what they were doing. However, it is not a UPS store, they can't ship a simple return package. So it was a waste of time. As they can't be clear on their services, I won't visit a Staples again for any purpose. And UPS, what are you doing with these confusing half and quarter service stores that provide poor service? I ended up shipping USPS which I'm not a fan of. Let's vote with our feet and reward the stores that actually provide value.

Every UPS shop is different. It depends on whether a corporate store or franchise. In the former people staff behaves like employees and the latter it’s often the owner who is helping you. Here the service is very friendly and prompt, the locale clean and well lit and parking is not an issue

Stores like staples and others will soon be obsolete. In addition the customer service is extremely lackluster and due to this poor service and poor work ethic of its employees failure is eminent. After my experience here I've decided to dump my stock and move forward before these stores fail completely. Goodbye Staples.

Dropped a prepaid ups letter here and tracking still shows only lable printed. I think these guys lot my mail. You should fire all the lazy bumps and hire fresh ones that are hard working and have smile on their faces.
