This location of the UPS Store, which is situated on the first floor of San Antonio’s Henry B. González Convention Center on E Market Street, is excellent!! The staff are so helpful + efficient. I have been here to have documents notarized, to pick-up packages, and to drop packages for shipment. The space is very clean & well-kept, too. I highly recommend this spot!!

There aren't any signs that I can see from the street or parking. It just looks like a small college extension site, but The UPS Store is there. Park, walk through the two buildings and it's on the left side.

Hours listed are wrong — says 6:30 PM, but they actually close at 5. At a convention center, you’d expect extended hours to accommodate traffic from events. Closing at 5 PM, especially during a major convention, is baffling. Plenty of vendors (myself included) were ready to ship, only to find the doors locked. I saw at least 15 people turned away. Ended up dragging 25lb boxes across the center to FedEx — who was open, ready, and more than happy to take the business. Score: FedEx 1, UPS 0.
