What a great experience today. I was doing a few Amazon returns and Amberlyn was so helpful. I think of myself as tech savvy but today was not a good day. Amberlynn was very patient and walked me through each step to correct all my errors. I highly recommend this UPS Store!!!!

I’ve had many BOXES with UPS across the country and hands down Castle Hills is the best, Anna Stamps and her crew especially Lee , they go over and beyond , but the most important thing that I have noticed is that when a RUDE CUSTOMER goes in and with no patience , Anna and her staff remain calm and very professional, it saddens me that when someone can be so rude to such a beautiful soul. Like who does that, because I’ve seen when they have a double line almost out the door and they are running and trying their hardest to get everyone done in a timely manner and people are still not satisfied and I’ve seen this team actually sweat and all because they live their job and they love their customers in General, so hats off to this location and staff, I am so grateful for them and they make my business run a ton smoother because I get packages delivered almost every single day and even on their bad days if they had one, I would never know because they always have a smile and a great attitude , I Love My Castle Hills UPS store , great job you guys ❤️ 🤗 🙏

Shout out to Amberlyn and Lee who helped me tremendously to get my label and document printed. They were so kind and patient with me. And kept reminding me not to worry, to take my time and asking me if I needed help. I was having issues on my end getting my document to load and email to the store. These are truly hard working ladies and have great customer service and care about customers. I witnessed how they also cared for others. Lee offered to help an older lady get something from her car because she couldn’t carry it. Thank you so much for caring and helping me and others. Rose

Wow! Friendly, happy, smiling greeting and demeanor during EVERY visit to this store! Lee was more than patient and helpful to us. Anna has been so understanding and professional with every issue I bring to her. It is such a pleasure to do business with truly NICE good people. Thanks for the opportunity to share.

I was able to get an appointment for notary the next day and the staff was efficient and polite. An overall great experience getting documents notarized. They also have walk-in times for notary services.
