Marvin and Arlene were super helpful and professional! Arlene helped Marvin and I navigated through the options of regular or certified mail. And the end they got it all done with smiles! Thank you! PS the door chime is super annoying but that's not their fault! Haha

I had a great experience at The UPS Store in San Antonio thanks to Marvin. He was truly outstanding—handling multiple customers at once, each with completely different shipping and printing needs, and still managing to stay calm, polite, and incredibly helpful. You can tell he’s very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping people. I was simply dropping off an Amazon return and did end up waiting about 25 minutes, but that was absolutely not Marvin’s fault. He was working as quickly as he could without rushing any customers and made sure everyone received the help they needed. The only downside was that on a busy Saturday morning, he was the only employee working, which made the wait longer than expected. That said, Marvin handled the situation like a pro and never let it show.

I am a international dj and was home in san antonio texas for vacation and needed to get some very good quality designed buisness cards to take back overseas with me. I called the UPS store and Taj went out of his way to take every detail i gave him for the card and made it the best card ive seen out! He was very patient worked very hard on the cards for 2 different buisnesses that i had and did an outstanding job creating and designing them! I will be working with Taj again for any card i need for sure!! Great job and great timing he did not take forever like a lot of shops do!

Hats off to Marvin. Always professional and pleasant. Comes outside to help an old guy like me with heavy packages. I called him one time when I was running late to get an urgent package out; he held the driver until I got there. Marvin's great and this is a superb UPS Store location. Terrific staff.

MJ was totally HELPFUL in faxing my paperwork & did a terrific job. He was very courteous & helped me understand how to gather the necessary informaion from my cellphone to go with the fax. Awesome smile & so professional.
