UPS really needs to do a better job of protecting its image and reputation. The guy with the curly hair is a total slacker—he simply refuses to work or assist customers. This store is definitely the worst in San Antonio, TX; you’re better off staying away. Avoid this place at all costs—it has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I’m convinced it’s going to go out of business soon. Water leaks from the ceiling like a waterfall, and the customer service is abysmal—you really wouldn't want to have to deal with the hassle of visiting this place. I’ve definitely decided never to go back; this store is on my blacklist for the rest of my days.

I stopped into The UPS Store and had the pleasure of working with Ned Jesse, and he made the entire experience quick and easy. He was polite, professional, and prompt from the start. He handled my issue efficiently and got me back on my way without any delays. What stood out most was that he didn’t stop there. He also took the time to provide guidance on another situation I was dealing with, which ended up helping me more than I expected. That level of awareness and willingness to help is rare and appreciated. If you’re heading into this location, do yourself a favor and ask for Jesse. He delivers exactly what customer service should look like. Thank you, Jesse.

I’ve gone to this location a few times and so far it’s been a pleasant experience. however today I feel the need to write a review because Today there was a very rude customer. She was going off on the young man behind the counter. She was yelling and using lots of profanity, but the young man behind the counter, continue to address her as ma’am. I was really Surprised how well he kept his composure . It’s truly sad to see a grown woman have a tantrum. I needed to write this to let the owner know that this Young man did an outstanding job and I think he deserves some recognition. To the young man behind a counter, May God Bless you and may you never change. Mrs. T

Walked in on Saturday, February 14th at 2pm, the male person working that shift with curly hair was extremely rude, not only to myself but others. When I asked why the attitude he said to take my package elsewhere and OF COURSE I DID, he stayed laughing and waved bye! UPS needs to make sure to screen their employees and make sure they meet qualifications especially when dealing with customers on A DAILY BASIS! Him saying "take your package somewhere else"? Like who the heck does he think he is! If he doesn't like dealing with people then stay with your negativeness at home!

Great experience!!! Edna & Jesse were welcoming, very helpful, answered all of my questions. Helped me secure my package with additional packaging items. I had a wonderful experience and this location is now my go to when I need to send out packages.
