Online hours have 8-5, when you call the office it sends you directly to the voicemail which states M-Thu 8-6:30 yet I’m at the location and the doors are locked (5:20). I have packages that I need for a meeting tomorrow and no access. Please update your online hours and voicemail hours to match. Thank you. 😊

Rudy did an amazing job of packing and shipping my items. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the packing. Best job I have seen from any The UPS Store.

i feel like when you get the best customer service the employees deserve a great review i love how patient and caring they are about their customers how they ask questions and making sure you walk out the door satified and they will make sure to get you the best service recomended for you
