Edit: I finally went to get my item But I had to call them three times for them to answer and ask if they were open during their regular hours. They said they were. When I arrived, I was attended by a girl who didn't seem like she wanted to be there and was honestly kind of rude, but I get it could be overwhelming during the holidays. I'm glad I got my items, even though it was closed when it said it would be open, and overall, this location isn't really the best. I came by on Sunday the 7th around 2:40 PM to pick up an item that’s being held until Wednesday. At the time of writing this, it’s 3:06 PM, and the location was already closed—even though both Google and the posted sign say they close at 4 PM. The phone line also states the same hours. I’m assuming it may not have been busy and they closed early, but it’s frustrating when the posted hours don’t match. I’m hoping they’ll be open on Tuesday or Wednesday, since that’s the final window for me to pick up my item. I’ll update this review once I’m able to go back. Photos are from the window

Went to UPs store the young lady that assisted me today was new to me but she was super hospitable & efficient. This store & its employees never disappoint!

This location of The UPS Store is excellent! It’s situated on McCullough Avenue in SATX, with great parking accessibility outside the store. The staff are kind, efficient, and the space is clean & well-kept!
