This location has usually had the most amazing employees working there with quick and speedy service but today I was greeted by an older Hispanic woman who was helping with the Amazon returns and started making rude, unnecessary and unacceptable comments towards my purchases/returns. This made me feel very uncomfortable and attacked for no reason at all. Would hate to stop coming here since its so close to me but im probably going to be driving a little further just to never have to go through this experience again. Very disappointing.

Shoutout to Oscar & Juan at the UPS Store! They were super helpful, fast, and professional. I had zero issues dropping off my returns—everything went smoothly. Great customer service. Highly recommend!Great team!!

This is a small location in a very busy shopping center. The associates at this store are always kind and courteous, no matter how busy the store is or how stressed they are. This location has a fantastic team, and I drive past the location closest to me to come to this one. Special thanks to Oscar who is consistently patient, kind and courteous... He's the epitome of grace under fire. You may have to wait in line a bit. Don't give the team a hard time. They work their buns off!

There were 6 people ahead of me and 5 behind me. The staff were courteous and very friendly. They got the line down in no time flat. I love this store. I have never had a bad experience all the years I have been utilizing them.

BE CAREFUL WHEN RETURNING ITEMS TO AMAZON FROM HERE!!!! I needed to return some led light bulbs from my car back to Amazon since I got better ones. Amazon said I didn't needed a box that ups will cover that. I went there and took the item as is. A month later Amazon email me that they got the wrong items. They didn't get the LED lights bulbs. So I'm pretty sure a person that works here saw the light bulbs and figured they could switch it out. Now Amazon is charging me again for light bulbs that I don't have and originally returned. I would suggest people put the returning item in a box before going here. That way they can't switch it out.
