I’m extremely frustrated with this delivery experience. I paid extra for express shipping specifically to receive my phone on time, and UPS still managed to get it wrong. The driver only rang a doorbell once—and to make matters worse, it wasn’t even my actual doorbell. They didn’t knock or make any real effort to confirm whether anyone was home. My vehicle was clearly parked in the driveway, which should have been an obvious sign that someone was present. Because of this lack of effort and carelessness, I now have to wait an additional day to receive my phone. This delay has caused me to miss important scheduled appointments, all because UPS couldn’t take a few extra seconds to properly attempt a delivery. For a company that charges for express service and claims reliability, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I expect better.

This location of The UPS Store, which is located on Broadway in San Antonio, Texas, is so fantastic! First, the space is very clean & well-kept, which offered a great first impression of this location on my arrival to the store. Second, the staff are very kind + efficient! I was helped right away, and was able to drop my pre-paid shipping items without any wait. Thanks so much, UPS!

Excellent service and met the new owner Rabia. She promises not to charge for a strip or 2 of tape. Now my go-to UPS Store.

I needed to ship a large lamp shade to Brooklyn and got a quote from a store representative starting at $150.00. I thought the price was a bit steep so I took some time to see if I could source the packaging materials myself. After looking at all sorts of boxes, I decided to give up my search and trust the packaging experts. I went back to the UPS store and was charge $306.00 plus a hefty tax for the packaging and shipping services. I was nervous but the staff assured me that the best and most capable crew member would handle the packaging. Today, I was at work and missed the call from the store. The voicemail stated to please call back because they needed to DOUBLE the charge of the service since they miscalculated the dimensions of the box. I called back promptly and could not get through to a representative to follow up on the inquiry at hand because I did not have a customer number to provide. I am appalled at the progression and the disappointing customer experience so far. I feel as though I just got screwed over on pricing and I would hope no one else experiences this when considering shipping options of fragile items. I will never rely on UPS for any services if this is the level of customer service to be expected. Today, I will be requesting a full refund after rescuing my belongings from the store because the staff has given me the impression that they are incapable and inconsiderate.
