I had a horrible experience at this UPS location. I only needed a small piece of tape to secure my box, but Valerie and another female employee insisted I purchase an entire roll of tape instead. FedEx has never done that to me, and neither has the post office. While I was taping the box, Valerie was supposedly preparing the shipping label. After I finished, she told me I had covered the label with tape. If she saw me actively taping the box, why didn’t she communicate that she was placing the label on it? A simple comment would have prevented the issue entirely. The customer service here was poor from start to finish. The lack of communication, unwillingness to provide basic assistance, and overall attitude made me feel unwelcome. It honestly left me wondering whether customers are treated differently based on how employees perceive their socioeconomic status. Either way, the experience was unprofessional and disappointing.

The lady at the counter was SO helpful and patient when it came to returning my items. She took her time and explained the process. Amazing Customer service. I also, LOVE that it’s just a few minutes from my work and home. They have my Complete business from now on:)

My husband and I needed a lot of copies made from my yahoo mailbox and they were extensive and fairly complicated but a lady named Valerie was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. She is an exceptional person and employee so thank you Valerie and UPS. This is the UPS Store @ 800 Quintana Rd in San Antonio, Texas

Kaya and Rudy were excellent, I was having a really difficult and frustrating day and need help. Beyond them helping me with my admistrative needs they were very kind and patient. They help turn my day around, thank you.

I received excellent customer service with an Amazon return ... Valerie made me feel at ease after a frustrating time trying to get a return label and canceling an order ... Valerie offered several options to help which made my day after a frustrating beginning ... her patience, demeanor and smile changed my whole experience ... thank u for making my day a little brighter
