It was only a drop off UPS that is downtown, I was trying to look for an authentic UPS store thank you very much; I swear it's like Google keep asking to turn on or allow Location History so Google can know my whereabouts & I don't like that. 😠😤

I just now dropped off a UPS package for a return. It could not have been easier. Daisy scanned the shipping label, asked if I wanted the confirmation by text or email, and I was out in 3 minutes. Note, the CVS cannot print labels. You have to have the package pre-labeled and ready to go. They only hold, process and deliver to UPS. And open till 10pm. Thanks Daisy, you rock!

My package was supposed to be shipped back to my address after being left at this CVS (I paid to have my package shipped to my house). They said it would happen in 48 hours. That was a week ago. Now UPS is returning the package to the sender, in Europe. This is the most infuriating experience I have ever had trying to get an item I paid to have dropped off at my home.

I dropped off a package nearly a week ago and there's been no update. It just says it hasn't been picked up yet. What is this? Then I try calling the phone number provided and it's DISCONNECTED. I'm am trying to make a return to get my money back, if you all cannot do that then please let us know so we aren't relying on your location to help us fulfill our needs.

I've recorded them throwing my packages on my porch numerous times. No care whatsoever!!
