This is by far the best UPS Store that I have ever been to - because of the two gentleman who frequently work there, Rafael and Raphael. I ship packages out from there 2-3 times per week and have been doing so for more than year. During this time, I have gotten to know these guys - they have exceptional customer service and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. They are always friendly, polite, professional, detail oriented, & efficient at their jobs. I specifically aim to go during their shift when possible!

Jackie, the UPS agent was so efficient and friendly. being an older adult she was very patient with me. I had brought the wrong QR code to the store. She explained to me that I could take a picture with her camera and she helped me to get that correct QR code from the company I could’ve never done this without her.

I am always pleased with the service I receive at my UPS store at 576 N Birdneck Rd., Virginia Beach, VA 23451. On Friday, I came in with several Amazon returns and Raphael was so helpful and courteous! This spot is my go to store becuase they are friendly and efficient when handling all of my mailing needs.

The team at this location is fantastic! They helped me mail some very important documents with ease and was happy to help make sure I had no stress.

Super nice people, but the slowest. If you are in a hurry do not go here . I find myself waiting for at least 20 minutes almost every time I go there . Usually only one person at the checkout as well .
