I absolutely love this location, it is clean and very close to my residence. Whenever I have returns, they always take care of my packaging. The staff was expert and super friendly. I always enjoy UPS, they do a great job with delivery. I have even worked with them in the past, in some retailers for stock shipment, and they are very good on schedule. Thank you UPS, for always being friendly in our neighborhoods!

If you’re searching for a UPS office, look no further! Sagar owns this store and takes customer service to another level. I’ve made several visits to his store, bringing in boxes to be mailed, as well as a request to pack and ship several one-of-kind items. When I received my shipments, it was obvious that he took special care in packing each individual item, proving that every commitment he made was met to the highest standards. He puts tremendous effort into helping his customers and is available by phone should you have questions. What impressed me most was that I didn’t even have to ask for his contact information because before I left the store he personally provided it and invited me to call anytime. That gesture gave me the confidence that I had entrusted my rare items to the right person and company. Sagar actually follows through on what he says and that’s a rare quality these days. Lastly, a shout-out to his employees, who are clearly an extension of Sagar’s exceptional customer service and professionalism.

This location has improved so much! I’m not sure if it’s under new management or just has a great new team, but the difference is noticeable. I visit this location often, and the clerk I usually have the pleasure of working with is Sager. He’s always pleasant, professional, and very helpful. He truly makes the process of sending packages easy and stress-free!

I had a very frustrating experience with this UPS location. I shipped two packages from here to San Diego, California. One arrived correctly, but the second was marked as “delivered” even though my recipient never received it. There was also no delivery photo provided, which made the situation even more concerning. My husband went into the store to at least request a refund for the shipping cost since the package never actually made it. The employee working at the time said he couldn’t start the claim, took my husband’s information, and told him he would call or email us soon ,which never happened. We never received any follow-up at all. For how expensive UPS shipping is, the customer service here is extremely disappointing. On a previous visit, the woman working also seemed rude and unhelpful. Overall, this location lacks accountability and basic customer care. Because of this experience, I will never use UPS to ship again .. at least not from this location.

This is hands down the best UPS store I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely go out of their way to assist you. I come here often and every single time they treat me with kindness and patience. One time I even forgot to seal a box, and without hesitation, they gladly taped it up for me—no hassle, no attitude, just great service. They make errands feel easy, and that kind of customer service is rare these days. Highly recommend this location if you want to be treated with care and professionalism!
