Kendra at this location had great customer service. She was very friendly and polite. I brought a handful of items that I needed to ship and she helped me find the right size of box that I needed for my package. Kendra also very carefully put all the items in the box together, and securely packed the box for me. She did a wonderful job and always had a smile on her face!

Thank you so much for the wonderful 1st time experience in a UPS store! I'm a old lady who needed lots of help & patience. "Kendra" was absolutely amazing with the level of customer service she provided to my needs. It took me a while to prepare things on my end, which allowed me to also observe what an awesome job she did serving the many other customers that came up. I was getting copies printed. I had to send it to your email. I am not tech savvy person. The young lady was very patient and very helpful. Even though I was doing something that small she was very thoughtful. She treated me like I was still important, I think that matters.
