This UPS employee, Destiny, at store #2788 is fantastic! Approachable, professional, and went above and beyond to help me with troubleshooting a shipping issue. She is courteous to everyone she interacted with before and after me, which says a lot about her. Thank you, Destiny!

I don't think I've ever been in this UPS store before. Upon arrival it's very clean. It was very cold when I went in there. The e very sweet girl behind the counter named destiny stated the heat broke. She was attentive, kind, and efficient. Asked her kindly to print out a label for me after I emailed what I needed printed and she did it with a smile even though she was freezing inside. 5 stars

I recently visited the UPS Store on Great Neck to send gifts to my relatives for the holidays, and I can't say enough good things about Destiny, who assisted me. I was pretty flustered with all the packing and shipping details, but Destiny was extremely patient and kind throughout the entire process. She helped me package my items carefully, walked me through all of the pricing information, and made sure I understood every step. Her sweet and understanding attitude truly made a stressful situation much easier for me. Thank you, Destiny, for your outstanding customer service and for going above and beyond to help your customers!

Do not go to this UPS store I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life. That lady should be fired… it’s not my fault you are working while clocked out because of the incompetence of your other colleague…

Both employees were friendly and helpful! It was super easy to drop off a package & do a happy return.
