I use the 4001 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA for my mailbox, and always have superb customer service, receive timely emails when packages arrive, and have used this location for notary public and shredding services. Always a friendly greeting, and I highly recommend this location! Mr. and Mrs. Patel, their son Sagar, and other employee, Angela, are always friendly!

$5 computer fee to print two pieces of paper? Absolutely ridiculous. I was charged $7.43 just to print two simple pages. No special services, no color printing, just black and white. The staff failed to mention the cost beforehand and only brought it up after I had already asked for the prints. They should have communicated the price upfront, and I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that won’t overcharge for something so basic. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else for printing.

I had to drop off an Amazon return on Saturday. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Angela. She was very kind and professional. There were two people in front of me and she had us all served and out the door in just a few minutes. Thank you, UPS Store for employing such a diligent employee.

I went there today to return an amazon package. Had a bar code, all boxed up, just not taped since I figured they might want to see what was going and if it was secure enough. Person behind the counter informed me they won't tape it shut. I have to do it. I said "fine, just hand me the tape." She said "no, you can buy some tape to close it, we don't lend tape". LEND TAPE? ARE YOU KIDDING? I've had other head scratching moments in this place. I will N E V E R go back there and I suggest you find a different place. HORRIBLE customer service.

So glad they were open!! There's snow everywhere and I needed my return sent. He also sealed the packages for me. Thanks for the assist!
